In such cases, we will communicate with you promptly to discuss the available options. Should genuine parts be unobtainable, we can recommend high-quality, compatible alternatives to ensure your watch is fully restored while maintaining its performance and character.
Turnaround
Our efficient service turnaround at WellingTime. Our expert team ensures that your timepiece is expertly serviced and returned within approximately six weeks. We’re dedicated to delivering both high-quality craftsmanship and timely results, so you can enjoy your revitalised watch as soon as possible.

POSTAGE
To ensure the safe transit of your timepiece, please wrap your watch securely in lots of bubble wrap and place it in a padded envelope or a sturdy, compact box.
If you are based in the UK, we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery for reliable and insured shipping. For international clients, please choose a reputable fast-track courier service with tracking capabilities, DHL is our chosen option.
Kindly enclose a note including your full name, return address, contact number, and a brief description of the services you require. This will help us process your watch promptly and accurately upon receipt.
RETURN
UK Shipping: We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day), which typically costs £12. Please note that this cost may increase depending on the declared value of your watch for insurance purposes.
International Shipping: For clients outside the UK, we advise using a fast-tracked and insured courier service such as DHL or UPS, with an estimated cost of £30, subject to destination and declared value.
PAYMENT
We offer a range of flexible payment options to accommodate your preferences. Payments can be made via bank transfer to our GBP (Sterling) or Euro accounts, depending on your location.
