WellingTime offer FREE tracked and insured shipping on watch purchases made on the website.
All watch orders will be shipped as soon as funds have cleared into the WellingTime bank account from the website.
We ship with our trusted couriers and Royal Mail daily. All orders are packed and processed before 5pm (GMT) Monday to Friday. We can not post out or deliver on Saturdays.
We ship with a courier, insured and tracked. This can take between 1 to 10 working days depending on which country we are shipping to. We will fulfill your order with a tracking number which we will send to the email you provided to us with your order; if you cannot find it in your inbox, please check your junk folder.
Once items are shipped, liability is covered by the terms of the carrier. We will ship to the shipping address specified by you, the customer. If you did not provide us with an accurate address, neither WellingTime nor the shipping courier can be held responsible for the loss of an item. Please double check your shipping address. Any shipping damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery; otherwise, it is ineligible for insurance or refund claims.
Because customs procedures & protocols vary by country, our estimated shipping times do not include the time it takes to clear through your local customs agency.
WellingTime are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process. You will need to contact your local customs office if there are any issues. WellingTime cannot do this on your behalf.
PLEASE NOTE *Customers from outside the EU/UK will be charged the same as UK and EU customers. This price is exclusive of local tax, vat, import fees or other local duties, which may apply depending on which country you are in. Any charges applied upon import will be your responsibility and must be paid by yourself. Please consider these before purchase.
If items are returned to us undelivered (including failed or refused deliveries), re-importation and shipping costs will be debited from any refund due.
Watches under 5000GBP, Parts & Accessories
All Watches (Casio, Seiko etc), parts and accessories are shipped within 3-5 business days. We ship with Royal Mail Special Delivery for all UK orders above 200GBP. Eveything below this valu will be Royal Mail 1st class, “signed for”.
EU and ROW will be charged at different rates depending on each shipping destination, these charges will be displayed once you get through to the shipping page of your order. We send these tracked with Royal Mail, and we ask that you please allow up to 28 working days depending on which country we are shipping to. When we ship your item, a tracking number will be sent to the email you provided with your order; if you cannot see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
